An Introduction
Please don't get the quote wrong--I'm not discouraging anyone to stop learning. What I'm trying to say is never to be satisfied with your knowledge. The more you learn, more that you will realize that knowledge is as wide as the horizon. Seeing that in a bigger picture will make you realize that you know nothing at all. It's a motto that keeps me motivated throughout my life.
The name is Danty Priastarini Sabar, and no, I am an impatient person. My family and friends call me Danty while I sometimes call myself 'meng' -- a short for meong. Yes, I am a cat person you can tell it by seeing the name of Skinandpurr. I have a passion for sharing a bit of my knowledge about skincare--which is something that I'm still learning at--but it'll be fun to share my thoughts about certain products I've tried, well-archived through this blog.
I am an Accounting student, I was in high school when I knew I wanted to learn more about economics/accounting related major once I'm going to university. I got a Diploma of Accounting at the University of Indonesia (Depok) and now I'm having an extension course to achieve my undergraduate (bachelor) degree in Sebelas Maret University (Solo).
Between accounting and skincare... I see it's not related at all because skincare is my hobby. I wasn't into beauty stuff when I was in high school but somehow several things changed and here I am, writing a beauty blog. I was inspired by so many people to make my own platform about something that I really love, and thanks to them, I was able to be more comfortable with who I really am. I used to be in Blogspot since around 2009-2010 but back then, I had nothing to write about because I was eleven and I ended up writing some cringe stuff with my broken English--which isn't my first language of all--so yes I'm still learning to write better English.
Early 2019, my head was full of thoughts in skincare because that was when I started learning about the ingredients, something that matters the most when it comes to using skincare. In January 2019, I created my own Instagram page, @skinandpurr as a platform to share skincare contents or even other beauty stuff. Later then, I built this blog as an expansion from my Instagram, and hopefully, I can share more beauty contents--or maybe other content in the future? Well, it depends on what I feel like to write about in the future.
