Have you ever felt overwhelmed
when running Skincare Rituals every day? For example, suppose you have an Acid
Serum that can only be used 2 times a week, an Exfoliating Toner that can only be worn
at night and others such as mask either a wash-off mask or sheet masks. Then it
is not included if there are additional steps.
In this post, I want to share a very helpful application for my skincare regiment. The application is Shelfie Skincare Routine Tracker. If you are the type of
person who diligently writes your skincare schedule in the mirror in your bathroom or other
easily visible place, congratulations, you are a very devoted person! Indeed
the effective way is like that. But how do you have additional steps and how
can we incorporate those steps into your Skincare Routine?
In this post, I want to share a very helpful application for my skincare regiment. The application is Shelfie Skincare Routine Tracker. This application is a simple application that will create a "to-do list" for the use of skincare routine. This app is available on both Android and iOS and free to download.
Once downloaded, the
first to do is to categorize the products that you own. For the beginning, you
need to add three categories as your basic routine; Cleansers, Toners,
Moisturize. It's actually up to you which categories work for you for the
beginning. In my case, I chose the basic steps in my routine.
Next, add products based on your category
After you finish adding the products that you own, add AM steps. This will control your AM routine in the daily skincare schedule. In my case, I always keep my AM routine very simple since I have less time in the morning. Therefore, I sum it up to 3 basic steps, Cleanse, Tone and Moisturize + Protect. You can also decide if you feel like to take the step every day or only on the chosen days.
Once finished, it will

Now you should add your PM steps. Same as the AM routine will
control your PM routine. Should you want to add extra treatments for your night
routine, you will likely add more steps, for example, exfoliants and serums
treatments. Select the days when you feel like applying serums or exfoliants
and you're good to go.
Shelfie will create a calendar that is made of your daily AM and PM routine so you will always remember when to do a more advanced routine.
